• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
• Customized or special-order products are non-refundable unless they are defective.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at support@lyntrafinance.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days back to your original method of payment.

Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or a comparable one. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.
